Okay I may be dumb but Tara is human or a pet or both?
There is a heavy duty bug spray called - Othro Home Defense Max. You can spray it on just about everything without it damaging clothing or furniture. I used it to keep spiders at bay and you can spray it on the mattress , let it dry and then put clean sheets on. That may help.

No advice, except that it might be nice if you learned how to spell your poor kids name! HA! Hope ya'll are well.

1. If they're attached, use a cigarette to burn them first. Then, tweezers to remove them. You can also opt to freeze them.
2. Make sure everyone wears pants, tucked into their boots. It prevents them climbing as easily and they can be spotted faster.
3. Green Light makes some great stuff, but not for use near kiddos. I'll see if I can dig up some herbal, non-poisons for you.

Here's a website link from Dr. Sears, the kid guy, for removing ticks.

You just have to be careful (as it says in this link) not to squeeze, mangle or otherwise make the tick empty its innards before it comes out given that they can carry Lyme disease these days.
Fingers crossed!
