You were able to hear those helicopters? WOW...that is so kewl. I guess I'll have to stand outside under our silver maple and see if I can hear them as well.
Hmm, Interesting. While I do realize that there are a smidgen of people that have implants that failed, bad insertion, etc.
Since you had Advance Bionics, could it be a little possible that you had a bad batch of implants and on top of that it was just a little bad positioning?
If it ever happens, would you be willing to go through surgery again to have it replaced? Forgive me, but not sure if you still have it in, or you had it removed a while ago.

I already told you what I think about this... go girl !!! don't stop trying till you got your answer.
I know now how it is amazing what we can hear whith one CI... but if you can have the opportunity to have another one working well, just go for it !!
