What a beautiful picture of a beautiful family!
I am proud of you for giving it one last try with the CIS strategy. I pray every moment I get that it will be the answer. If it isn't, I can't be any more prouder than knowing that you give it your completely totally best shot ever! That speaks volumes of the person you are and that we all know....as Evelyn said, the beautiful butterfly we all know and love.

Love, love, love the picture of the kids! I know you are proud of them. As they are of you.....their mommy is a great "hear-o" because all that she has experienced and endured. :D
Will think good thoughts for you on the 31st. And thanks for the heads up on Ulf....will go check out his blog now!
Hugs, Laurie

Jen, I have used CIS(with my C1)on my left side for 9 years. It has served me well. I'm praying for success for you, too.

Hi Jen,
Your story is really interesting - and brings to the forefront the reality that cochlear implants have different outcomes for everyone.
I am fascinated by this new CIS thing they are doing - I look forward to reading about it when it gets switched on. Hope it works for you.
