It never fails to amaze me how the republicans will tamper with the definitions and parameters of statistics to tweak them in their favor and blunt the reality of how bad they really make them look with their failed policies.

Next I'm sure Bush will reduce the number of soldiers killed in Iraq by saying only those shot in the head are really dead since he once saw a movie where zombies can continue to function unless killed that way.
