You're not gonna believe this, Steve, but I have that same set of drums. It's an early '50s Slingerland kit. The kick drum sounds like no other I have ever heard..... it's like the heartbeat of god...

I am drum tech-ing on the new B-52s album, being produced here in Athens and listed that as one of the kits available to them.
