Brown v. Board was bad law not because it was a bad idea to integrate schools (although in fact in some cases it was indeed not that great) but because the decision was based on bad science.

Boasian anthropology was and is horseshit. You should read a book by former Delta Airlines CEO Carleton Putnam, "Race and Reason".

It strikes me as odd, that on the one hand, we have Kate O'Bierne sniveling in Editorial pages of the WSJ about Judge Walton "disregarding established law" by persecuting poor Scooter so, but I am sure we will not hear a peep from her or those legal scholars who were so quick to comment on Libby's case. Brown v. Board probably doesn't have the import for our society (in the worldview of their crowd) necessary to merit their august attention.
