Except that something can come from nothing, even if it's just a small something.
As for God, any putative God is not a 3D entity moving along an axis in 4D like you and me, but some omnipotent, omniscent Thingie for whom past, present and future are all one. Talking about when such an n-dimensional Thingie came into being is rather besides the point.
