This is a great idea, but it doesn't work well according to my own findings with PlentyOfFish.
I have a profile on this page and I last "updated" and "uploaded" pictures to it on April 10th 2007. When I just check now, it shows that the last time I "modified" my pictures was on June 5th.
It could very well be that some kind of function or script is run on that website and it somehow accesses pictures located on the server. I know for a fact that I have not uploaded new pictures since April 10th, and it clearly shows my pictures have been "modified" this month. It's a great theory but I do not think it is absolutely accurate.

Bananas, check the times. What is striking to me is that the first three photos all have the same time stamped on June 6, and all just after 11 in the morning. This is an important distinction, if you ask me. What I'm saying may not be absolutely accurate, but I still think there's something to it, and I've tested it before. When was the last time you logged in to your account? Check the dates and times on your photos. I didn't just skim this stuff, I looked at it pretty hard.
Well, as any person with a brain can surmise, I'd place money on him having more profiles out there for dating. Hope someone can do some digging as my time is limited. Also, it does appear that the "Does not want Kids" is a default and appears on just about everyone else's page I have viewed barring one. Not that I DON'T believe that statement, b/c it was definitely true in the case of BC.
JJ- You have said repeatedly that you did not see any motive for this crime, and I have to respectfully disagree strongly. This man is a classic narcissist. His style wasn't being just slightly cramped, it was being MAJORLY cramped. Motives for men like BC are not typically understandable. Often, the very motive they have for killing is a situation that THEY brought upon themselves. It's very similar to Temper Tantrum Killers. They can't have their way and they're pissed. I'd say BC had about 8 reasons to kill. 4 kids, 3 women, and one tiny paycheck. The one thing that kept this man in check the longest was the fact that he was most likely raised with some kind of value set. He most likely grew-up in church, (BTW that was one of the other ways he won women over- he appeared to be a church going cop, the classic good guy hero), and that did anchor him in some ways, or rather offset his narcissism to an extent. What cracks me up is that while he has a pregnant gf, seperated wife, and 3 almost 4 kids, he's claiming to be "Baptist" on his dating profile. Is he for real?? Anyways, my point is that I believe he attempted to do what was expected of him, from his family set of values, at least in front of others, yet he is a completely different person in his own mind. If we could peer into his mind, I'd bet it does not line up with what he has shown to people.
Steve, whenever you have a chance is there any "science" to where people that murder hide bodies. I guess my mindset strongly believes Cutts had something to do with Jesse's disappearance and I believe she may no longer be with us. So I was wondering knowing what we know about him does that give us any clues about where he hid the body if indeed he is guilty.
Being a cop he obviously knows the routine so what would be thinking outside the box on this one. I think the bleach was some sort of strategy for one. And if this was planned the site would certainly be more thought out than getting in a fight with her that night and trying to figure out a place to put her on a spur-of-the-moment.
Long story short I wish the searchers tomorrow had some better leads on where to look for her.

And you should note that I allowed that the profile may have been there for a while. I'm sure that's possible. But I still wonder about the photos.
Incidentally, something like this would not even come close to convicting anyone in court, and I'm fully aware of that.
The photo of Cutts in uniform appeared to be made in May of 2006.
I checked a random profile on Plentyoffish.com. The person I checked was a male in Post Falls, Idaho, whose profile number was 182106X (last digit left out to give him privacy). A check of the guy's screen name showed that Google cached his page on May 19, 2007. This person's main profile pic was "last modified" on September 17, 2006. Another pic on the profile (there were only 2), was modified on April 22, 2007.
What dictates these modified dates, I'm not sure, but I made my conclusions based on my own web pages, like the mirror of Jack Hall's MySpace. The date modified on that is exactly right as to the last time I did anything to the page.
I DO know that the date modified is meaningless on the profile page. It will show you some time in the last few minutes, and that is based on how the server renders pages. That's why I emphasized that this may only mean something on "static" pages.
Steve, do we know if Jessie had an online presence? I'd be curious about whether she put their relationship 'out there' and if she posted photos of them together, etc. Perhaps the entertainment center or vertical blinds behind him in his dating site pix are from her appt. How crude if he used pix she took to attract other women.
He seems immature, thinking a picture of himself in a towel is impressive.
That picture is so tacky. The only reason I could think that a woman would be interested would be for a purely physical relationship. It's so "meat marketish".

Steve- I still think the info you gave is important as it speaks to his level of deceit. Whether it is exactly from that date or not, it was recent and Jessie has been pregnant for 9mo., plus he still has a wife.
Also, I found this comment, "I LIKE DOING THINGS TO MAKE PEOPLE LAUGH BUT CAN BE SERIOUS WHEN NEED BE." to be very odd considering he gave a very similar answer to the local reporter who interviewed him. It's almost like that old addage about sociopaths and how they have to act out emotions since they do not feel them naturally, always guessing what "normal" would be. So he labels himself as the lighthearted, funny man to his friends and family to appear to be normal. It's a great way to get people to let their defenses down and a good way to get to women.
Steve Huff, I saw a post of yours earlier today where you said that you are only reporting the facts but in your latest entry you listed some pretty wild speculations. Does this help the situation or hurt it? I doubt it helps.

Wow, that profile is pretty damning, made my blood run on the cold side when I saw the date modified on the pictures.

I was referring specifically to the content of that particular blog entry.
You've either never read any blog entries by me or you're just trying to start something if you are implying I said I "only report facts" and meant it in a general sense.
I said I was reporting facts in that instance.
Of course I speculate, and if that's some sort of newly-revealed truth to you, you've never read my sites before now.
And I'm more convinced than I was before after bananas's post prompted me to check what I found. The dates those photo pages were 'modified' are tied to the age of the profile and may be the upload dates.
I was reading data rendered by an Internet browser. I made examples of that data. I stated that I knew (from experience doing this sort of research, going back more than 3 years), that sometimes "date modified" data is not significant. Try it on DALAW150's profile page alone, and it won't show you anything other than a stamp from the last few minutes.
Try it on the mirror I made of the guy's profile (here) and you will see pretty much the exact date and time I put that mirror online.
One thing that sets most blogs apart from the mainstream media is speculation. This blog is no different. Don't like it? Stick with the TV and newspapers.

This is the comment that bothered me. I just don't see the importance of the connection between the dating site and the crime. What is new info here, Bobby Cutts is a player? I noticed that you shut down the earlier blog because of negative comments, but doesn't wild speculation breed these types of comments. Just something to ponder.

Where did I say that? Which entry? I have definitely done that before, out of irritation and lack of time to deal with the situation. If you are referring to the earlier entry about Jessie, I didn't shut it down because of negative comments. I shut it down to direct readers to this entry. Do we know absolutely who was with BC at the bar? Have they been named?
SP, one other thing -- the "negative comments" on the previous entry about Jessie Davis were all racial. They were either disparaging of her for dating a black man or disparaging of Mr. Cutts. I believe I deleted all of them, I hope so. But in that instance, it was specifically the racist comments that I was referring to as "negative."
I am still betting that if it was BC, he used water as a grave = maybe one of the quarries. He had 21 hours, after all. And if he didn't hook up on Wednesday, then the sleeping alibi is a problem for him. If he did, the timeline the date provides would matter. He still has between 2.5 and 3 hours to conclude his 'date' and go over to Jessie's.
What the recent picture posts and dating site (as well as the women in the bar) suggest to me is that he was cheating on his wife, maybe on Jessie. Did she confront him about it? Would that have set him off? What if she threatened to tell Kelly? Unless there was another man in her life (something I doubt because there has been no hint but from the mouth of BC), he was the only person who would have allowed into her bed room. He went there, maybe buzzed or more, she let him in and they argued? Or is it darker, as Steve suggests, and he used his keys to enter and wake her already in her room?

FYI, I did a search on his user name to be sure it wasn't 'operator error' and it just dumps me back on the main page.

EPS, check the entry again for the mirrors. The mirrored page won't look quite the same as the original profile, but the text is the same, and the photos are still there.
Your mirror is still there, I checked before I posted. And I was able to view his profile as soon as you posted it earlier. But when I refreshed it about 20 mins ago to see if his 'members list' had grown again, it was gone. Same thing when I did a name search on DaLaw150. Thats why I was wondering if he got wise and deleted the profile. Sorry I wasn't clear the first time.
I've been picking around 'plentyoffish' since you posted the update earlier trying to see if he he had any other profiles.
Our DSL is pretty wonky that's why I wasn't sure if it was me or he had really taken his profile down that quickly.

No, EPS -- I think the actual DALAW150 profile is busted. I think Bobby or a friend got to a computer and realized it might be judicious to get that thing offline, especially the part about not wanting children. While that statement might not be significant on a MySpace profile (it's the default response there), it is indeed notable on a PlentyofFish profile. It's bugging me, I know. But I think we're stuck with the mirror.

I compared the pics on the Dalaw150 profile, and the pics online I could find of Bobby before I posted it. They both have piercings in both ears, same haircut and facial hair, bone structure etc. A few of the profile details are different such as astrological signs etc, but I'll be dammed if they don't look like twins to me.
My Firefox page info shows the last modified date as tonight at 12.47 am.
Am I sleep deprived or is that also him?
I believe that Potts is responsible for Jesse's disappearance.
The reasons that I believe that are because tonight on either Nancy or Greta Jesse's mother said that Potts wasn't very happy about the coming baby girl.
He also has quite a few children to support now. There is Nikki's 10 yr old daughter. She has Potts in court as we speak for child support. He hasn't previously supported her. He has Jesse's little boy that he does pay support for through a court order which is taken out of his pay check. Then there are the children with his wife. Nikki's attorney said that there is only one child but I have heard they have two. So there is the possibility of 5 kids to support on a policeman's salary which I have heard is around $35,000 a year. When Potts and his wife were together they probably had a pretty good income but since they have seperated his finances have taken a major drop.
I think Jesse's disappearance all comes down to child support. I don't think him seeing Jesse would have kept him from fooling around with whoever he wanted to. She was kind of a side dish from what we hear. I think he wanted to make the little baby girl disappear and the mama had to go in order for that to happen.
Potts??? Am I missing something, Barbara? Or are you getting Mr. Cutts confused with another suspect in another case about which I have written?

I think noting the times the photos were uploaded is an incredible find. It shows that this man did not at that time feel he had a special relationship with Jessie. He was trolling for a new thing.

The CourtTV forum is CRAZY active - always too much to read on the Jessie Davis case to keep up with, but I saw that last night about 7-something pm someone posted the link to the cutts dating profile. I'm like you - always knowing it could disappear at any time, so screen captured it. Within a couple of hours the link was dead and I'm GUESSING that Cutts or someone in his behalf is monitoring what's said. That was too coincidental.
I did a Youtube video movie from Cutts profile - with Talking Heads soundtrack - but wisely took that down and uploaded a silent version.
I lightened Cutts up a bit too to get a clearer pic.

I haven't come to the conclusion that Bobby is guilty based on the fact that he is a lying, cheating, snake in the grass. And I don't think other's here have either.

I'd personally be just fine with speculating and pontificating about someone else having committed this crime, yet there is noone else to even imagine committing this crime. "MR. Besides, you might want to go tell that to the FBI and local LE officers who are investigating noone but Cutts. They are not doing that for kicks.

And that's even scarier, because the other profiles I looked at all said that they have children, yet stated they did not want any. I could take it to mean that they did not want a relationship with someone who is interested in having MORE children of course, but still it seems strange. Even more strange and scarey when you consider that he had a child on the way, at that moment, when he made that distinction.
As far as it being taken off-line, it's not surprising at all considering it was splashed all across Nancy Grace's show last night. How he didn't think to do this earlier is what baffles me. He's really THAT arrogant, wow. I don't think he hatched any plan to kill Jessie, otherwise this would have been a different type of case and she would have simply vanished while Blake was conveniently not home. I think that he began a slow simmer at conception of Chloe, that ended in a full boil by the night Jessie disappeared. He was angry for a long time about his own situation, tried to escape the responsibilities by continuing with his philandering on Net and elsewhere, and eventually exploded over his self-made responsibilities. For whatever reason, Chloe was the final straw.
BTW, Nikki G. is simply pathetic even attempting to get child support from BC. She was/is getting $20,000 a month from Shawm Kemp. She does not need the money and knows that BC doesn't have the money. Why even bother, excpet that you are a bitch and want to make his life hell. All that court fighting only serves to hurt the daughter and create a strained relationship for BC and his child. Pointless.

Another thought - could it be plentyoffish.com who took down the profile due to it being bombarded with hits and the subject being part of an ongoing investigation? I may be wrong, but I think myspace and other sites do this too.
Anyhow, good find! This would definitely be a part of the investigation.

And for sure Emerson we now know why Jesse's mother had enough of one Nikki G's TV appearances. What a complete attention whore IMO. Even her very own brother appears to be distancing himself from her behavior.
Okay let's all bring together a collective hope that they find Jesse soon. I just wish they had better clues as to where someone like Cutts with a LE background would take her. He is a very strong man so anything is possible. MB a poster here thought perhaps a watery grave.

I believe Jessie will be found in water. I think Cutts knows enough about evidence gathering and whathaveyou that that's where he'd stick her given the fact he had quite a bit of time to decide where to put the body.
IMO, the most damning thing Cutts has done, even worse than the plentyoffish page, the womanizing, et al, is that he hasn't done every possible thing he could to clear himself so the police could move on to the "real" killer. People who are innocent throw themselves out there totally allowing lie detectors, searches, alibis. . . everything they can because in his day and age everyone knows that the police start with the inner circle of the victim and move out from there. Cutts, being a cop, knows this as well as anyone. An innocent man would be putting himself out there begging for the return of the mother of his child.
I saw Nikki's lawyer on with GVS last night and he said during a proceeding regarding Cutts' relationship with Jessie, he (Cutts) portrayed it as nothing more than a casual relationship.
He used her and when he had enough and didn't feel like playing or paying, he disposed of her like an old toy.
I agree that if he felt he had the time, and he had planned this, he would choose water over any other form of disposal. What is a bit perplexing is that this appears to be spur of the moment. I'm quite sure this was not a "comfortable" feeling for BC to be looking around for a place to dispose of someone. Plus, local LE knew him and his vehicle. If they saw him out late at night he may have been stopped just to chat and that would be risky, so I assume he wanted to do something quick. Quick, but not stupid. If he was really simmering over all of this, and had even imagined what it might be like to "get rid" of his "problem" would he also have already picked out a spot to go directly to? Though I find the altercation to be somewhat spontaneous I am not convinced he did not at least think about it beforehand, even as a form of wishful thinking. This guy seemed to have many self-made reasons to be very angry. He was at a breaking point I'm sure, so he may have a designated disposal site in mind. If not, then where would one go in that area or on his way back towards his home to dispose of evidence?
Theresa Parker has been missing for three months. Everyone knows that her police officer,almost ex-husband, is guilty. He's one of the most pathetic criminals I have seen since OJ, yet they cannot find her body. He had approx. the same amount of time as BC did to dispose of Theresa and doesn't seem like his head is used for anything other than a hat rack, yet they cannot find her. Granted, they have not been smart enough to call in TXEq.search, but still have had many searches and cannot locate her body. That's what worries me about BC. I'm just hoping that with all of the volunteers and with TXEQ that they are able to find her and Chloe. Let's not forget there are two victims here. (Not that I think anyone has mind you) I am so pissed every time something like this happens to a pregnant woman. When you are pregnant (as I'm sure most here can relate to) you feel your most vulnerable. You feel an enormous responsibility to take care of that growing baby and here he attacked her at her most vulnerable, at her most happy of times in a pregnancy, and took that all away out of pure selfishness, evil, and greed. I don't know how her Dad can even stand it.
The word here in Canton that has not been released to the mainstream media is that Jessie was in a "relationship" with two men other than Cutts. LE is aware of these other men but have not released it to the media, maybe because they have already been ruled out and there is no need to further complicate the case..
Emerson, I agree with all of the above. This is so upsetting. Surely as a cop, the thought of where to best place/way to dispose of a body in the area would have crossed his mind, if only in reference to his job. I also don't think this was planned by him - too messy for a cop to have planned this. A crime of passion on the other hand...leaves a great possibility that it was him.
My current thoughts are about his estranged wife. What does she think of his online profile? Was she aware that he was 'on the market', and not only fathering children with Jessie? She may have blamed Jessie for getting pregnant again, and stealing her man...but him being on a dating site, looking for someone to 'light his fire'...would she so readily defend him now? Great husband? Great father?

Jessie Davis, Theresa Parker... Tara Grinstead, too. Although the specific circumstances for each woman's disappearance differed, each of them was involved in some fashion with a law enforcement officer. My gut tells me the LE fella is as guilty as sin in each of these cases, and that we will never see these women again. How awful for them and for their families. We can scratch our heads all we like, asking how to better screen LE applicants. However, I believe that there is a certain type of individual to whom the job is appealing and there is no getting around that point - they like being in positions of authority over others. The carryover into personal life is inevitable. I stress that MOST LE officers are certainly upstanding in this regard, but for any group of people there will statistically be those who carry things too far. This, of course, is only my opinion and personal experience in the law enforcement community and not based upon anything which is statistically sustainable.

I saw Ted Williams on GVS last night. Did anyone else catch that? If I understood correctly, he had gone to a barber (who also happens to be a friend of BC and I think the fellah who was with BC at Champs) to talk with him. The guy wanted money to do an interview or talk. Ted felt like the guy was holding out and wasn't being forthcoming. Makes me wonder if maybe BC borrowed this guy's vehicle or something. I wonder if he drives a high profile truck or SUV?
I'm vacillating between believing the crime was spur of the moment and planned. I'm leaning more towards spur of the moment because it seems so poorly planned. Parker had a boat, so his wife could be in any lake. I don't think Cutts has a boat that's why I say gravel pit. I don't think he kept the body long. It could be covered with brush, no time to dig..but water does make the most sense. If anyone knows how to hide a body, a cop would.

Yes, lucimhome, I was very serious about not taking BC to court over child support for Nikki G. I know this may seem like a crazy thought, but actually doing something that only serves to put more of a conflict between two people who are parents to this child when the money IS NOT NEEDED, seems petty and only about a personal vendetta. Where children are concerned I believe people should use their brains and attempt to create the BEST circumstances between exes that can possibly be created. On the other hand, no woman should have to drag a man to court to pay for his child, so it does go both ways. I am simply stating that in Nikki G's $20,000 a month lifestyle she doesn't NEED the money the way child support was truly designed. In my perfect world for these two Nikki would have asked BC to put whatever money he should owe in child support each month into a college fund for the child and BC comply with that. But hey, we're talking about two people who are obviously not concerned about creating a harmonious situation for their daughter, they're more concerned with hurting each other. How normal.
Julie- I couldn't agree more with the Tara, Theresa and Jessie situation. What bothers me about all of the cases is that there are LE officers familiar with that area searching, and you'd think that they would have had the same ideas as these men we think are responsible. Sam Parker went fishing the very next day, so why are they not searching all waterways? Seems obvious to call in TXEQ and use sonar. But with this case there doesn't appear to be an obvious place to look. Obviously, for w/e reason LE believes she may be out there someone on/in ground. I do wonder if there was something to point them one way or another, or away from water since they have not spent a great amount of time in water. I wish I knew the area to have a better grasp on where someone might go to conceal a body. Anyone from around there have any ideas?

Bobby called a freind to help him move the body?
I hope they charge him with endangering a child too for leaving Blake alone (after he murdered Jessie).
Check the raw news on Woio. com Channel 19. Robin the news caster got a call about 1:30 saying he did it and explains the rest of the conversation. The letter says that Bobby found her on the bed and she was grabbing his clothes her eyes rolled back and she just died. He called a girlfriend to help him move the body. I guess this close friend is saying he did not kill her just buried her body. He told this to the FBI, I guess and told them where the body was.
Go to WOIO.com and watch the videos of the news with Robin. Says she got a call from a close friend of Cutts and said he did it. Had apoligized to his family for putting them through all this. How it was explained was that he found Jessie on the bed she grabbed for his clothes and her eyes rolled back and she died. He then called a girlfriend to help him move the body. I guess he is saying he did not kill her just buried her body. Then told the FBI and told them where the body was. This call came into Robin on her personal phone at channel 19 news station at about 1:30 today.
So there is a accomplice to this deed. After a week of silence you would think the accomplice would also be charged even if the accomplice told or tipped the FBI. I am so disgusted and I see manipulation by the perp here to get off the hook.
I'm too sad to even know what to say here. How is it possible that someone I didn't even know, could have touched my heart in such a way, that I feel the need to cry.
My heart aches....for the family, for Jessie, for that unborn baby girl, and for that little 2 year old boy that will grow up without his mother.
I was looking at MSNBC and there was a reporter from Canton who did some digging and found out Cutts was also involved with the wife of someone from the youth baseball team he coached. Can anyone verify this?
I am so sad and outraged. This man is beyond morals. And the girlfriend who helped him better be charged as well. No deals. I am sick at the thought that he not only killed Jessie and dumped her, but he left his son there alone for two days.

The autopsy will reveal whether or not she died of health related issues or was killed --- although, we can guess with almost certainty, she was killed. I think BC is holding out for a last minute plea bargain.

I thought about this damn case all night long, even while sleeping (yeah, thought about it, not dreamed ... I do both. Weird, huh?!). I think Bobby-Boy set himself up for legal trouble with his own words.
Even if it's true, that Jessie died as he walked into the room (and, no, I don't believe it for a second!), he could have stopped Chloe from dying, by doing an emergency c-section or, at the VERY least, calling 911. That baby girl had a very few minutes when she could have probably been saved. I don't assume he knows how to do a c-section, but A) if he's the Dad and cares (huh, what a though) and B) he's ever watched a surgery on TV, he could have pulled it off to save his little doll-baby.
As pissed off as I am about Jessie ... and believe me I am, I am sick at how he's manipulated his own family, and I am FURIOUS about how this slime-bucket treated his children. No doubt that Blake will be forever scarred by whatever he saw/heard, Chloe is dead, and his other 2 kids have to live with knowing their father is a monster.

This might be a bit far fetched but I think I think the police might have something to do with this murder. Might be payback by them against Cutts for trying to sue them claiming racial discrimination and forcing them to give him his job back. Or maybe she did die due to complications in her pregnancy, but who knows? He probably was afraid of reporting it to the police because his co workers already have beef with him and wouldn't listen, if i was i wouldn't tell them either. PURE, I agree with everything that you just said. Very, very well written and your compassion is very evident. My heart also breaks for everyone involved. Jessie and BC probably got into a heated argument when he was so late to pick up Blake and I prefer to believe that is was not planned. But, BC probably had a built up resentment toward Jessie. She was willing to have another child by him (she was the oldest of seven and use to lots of family) Jessie had a love of family. Why didn't BC use condoms since he already had so many children for a man of his age on a policeman's salary? Selfish and interested in his own pleasure is the only answer. The fact that Jessie had to have his wages garnished to provide support for Blake speaks volumes.
Mick, I read somewhere that when Jessie met him he lied and told her that he was single. Does anyone know how long she knew him before she become pregnant?
