ok that seriously made me choke on my doritos...i almost became a cheesy goodness victim b/c of some ass hat's poor hygiene...ugh! that is sooooo nasty...i am not a freak (well i am but...) but i prefer to be washed up b/f sex...not a rule...but you must be fucking clean and smell OK.
Ew. Washing is important outside of orgies as well. How can you go somewhere where you know you are going to be naked, and not keep it clean? Like my grandmother said (not really my grandmother; more like someone's grandmother on Designing Women or Golden Girls), if it doesn't look good, don't put it out on your front porch.

We girls have been taught from toddler hood to wash the bits, but boys- not so much.
