I also have a deep and abiding love for Babeland (and Good Vibrations too, though their website isn't quite as nice).
However, my current complaint is that I just invested in a new vibrator from them, and I can't for the life of me figure out how I'm supposed to put the batteries in.
No, seriously! I feel like the biggest idiot, because I'm sure it must be obvious, but nothing seems to screw off, or pull off...it's very very frustrating to say the least. 
Oh noes! I bet if you called the store they'd help over the phone. It would be terrible to have a shiny new toy you can't try out.
