I've never seen a race described as African.

I've been doing research on people for over 35 years and on every Hawaiian birth certificate I have ever seen, the race was stated as NEGRO if the person was black. African is not a race and would not be used to describe race.

Someone's 21st century political correctness is showing on this forged document.
