I am a little confused but the preacher is referred to as "Fr", why the purple tassle, and is he wearing a decoration with his vestments or is it a pectoral cross?

Yes yes I know Google owns Youtube, but they are managed separately and it is possible to avoid cooperation with Youtube's pernicious policies by taking your business down the road.
