As for your rule regarding military incursions and maps, I suspect that if it were implemented there's not a country in the world the U.S. could invade...including the U.S. And so I'm all for it!
Having seen it at the sneak preview in Auckland, NZ a few months ago - it really is worth seeing.
Most people won't get the humor other than what is obvious on it. But it does go a bit deeper, very cleverly done and absolutely hilalrious.

It was clear to me that Americans, not the nation of Kazakhstan, were the real objects of ridicule. Cohen was holding a mirror up to the US- and I did NOT like what I saw.
+1000 on your "find it on a map" doctrine. That would leave some more money in the budget for teaching US students (like my high-school freshmen in Political Science and seniors in Economics) some more geography!
