Why doesn't this person sue either the school for not installing anti-adware software (surely they are jointly liable?), or M$ for continuing to produce insecure software.
I don't have this problem with my linux based OS. A lesson to be learned there I think!
the poor teacher was probably panicking as to why that was happening in a public school! Guess they weren't intellegent enough to get a popup blocker!

Wow that sucks for her. I have Mozilla Firefox 2.0 with Adblock Plus - I just looked and it's blocked over like 8000 ads alone. I never ever get pop ups. BTW our justice system sucks. Stupid people. They can't see it as something that wasn't meaning to happen. She got screwed.

This stuff only happens in the USA. People say it's so free but only when you compare it to a handful of 4th world countries. Civilized nations do not have such systems in place as the US does. We are more and more trapped in, isolated from real life for fear of getting shot by police or raided for porn posession. It's just about one of the most feared places to live.
