Is there any organization with the goal of repealing these insane laws? Any fund raising effort to pay these girl and her parents legal fees? She needs a devil of an attorney. With a public defender her chances are not looking good. They'll probably force her to plead guilty, which is what they routinely do...
Completely insane.
This proves that Mary Ruwart was right concerning "child porn laws." She was not defending child predators, like Barr and WAR were suggesting, she was talking about absurdities like this.
What is wrong with people today?
They will attempt to force her to plea bargain just so they get a conviction. I suspect they will reduce the charges and leave off the registration requirement. But in the Matt Bandy case they tried to impose it anyway and the judge tossed it out on appeal.
Chris: Yes, I know what Mary was talking about. But Barr and Root are a dishonest lot and were intentionally distorting Mary's views in order to destroy her as a competitor.
