"makes a gleeful remark about how she just loves to see “beautiful” people pulled down"
I read a remark about the tv show DALLAS that used to on a long time ago.
The show was so popular because people loved to see rich folk being miserable.
Welcome to Earth.
Enjoy your stay!

Excellent post! I have been one of the people cast out from the herd all my life. This post kind of puts things in perspective for me.
I dare to be different. I always have and I always will. I have suffered the herd mentality many times. The herd does not like difference.
Something as simple as having a better education, a higher IQ or even something as silly as a different blog handle can make you an outcast no matter how nice a person you really are.
Fuck the herd. They can kiss my "different" ass.

There are entire organizations that exist for this very reason today -- they continue to blames Jews for all the world’s problems. Can anyone say Mel Gibson?
I'd be careful about indicting Mel, rather than his father. What one says while drunk is not exaclty reliable info.

Gibson has long been associated with such things, prior to his drunken outburst. His assoiations with anti-Jewish fundamentalist Catholic sects (who don't think the Pope is Catholic) is well known. He has given such groups millions and they are antiJewish. People who only know what they saw in the news only know about the outburst. But there is more than that -- things he has done cold sober.
