As for Mirror, it can be pretty tough to distinguish the merits of one album from the next--if you truly submit to the music, you haven't a hope; even "clinical" listens leave me scratching my head. It's all just so good.
I can say with certainty, though, that "I Paint For the Love of Color," "Nightwalkers," "Into the Wood," "Die Spiegelmanufaktur," and "Front Row Centre" are all standouts. "Solaris," too, but you know what they say about your first time being the best.
It's probably going to vary from listener to listener... Front Row Centre was my introduction, so it will always have a special place in my heart. Nightwalkers stands out to me more because it's different from all the others. As for me currently, I guess Nights and Under the Sun are my faves. That will change in a few weeks or sooner though.
Wow, like a month ago the house I had moved out of a month before burned! It was a house, not an apartment, but it's crazy that that's happening so much lately, my buddy Charlie had his place burn down pretty recently too! How hard is it to keep a house from burning? Do you think landlords are trying to cash in on insurance before the real estate bubble pops? Craaaazy!
