We gots a hideout cupboard like that too Miss Stumpy. Its nice & deep, but the darn door isn't open very often otherwise we'd hide there all the time.

Methinks that am a purrfect place to go all hidey in. We have beans that come around once a week and make noises just like the ones at your house...only, they havne't started coming around here yet this year...thank goodness! I hate it most when they blow the leaves up by the front door. The wind howls under the door and makes my fur stand on end and I go hide under Momma's bed for at least two hours...

Oh, we have that problem here too and I snuggle up to mom or go into the big closet. That looks like a good hidey place but only sit there if it's in the hidey place. If they don't like it, they can move the iron thing or get them a new one.

Oh Stumpy you look so pretty even when you are nervous. That looks like a most excellent spot to hide. I don't know what those noisemakers are that you are talking about, but I would try to save you from them if I could!
