Mattingly: When i bite it feels go good, so I keep biting it. Mama puts some cold wet stuff on my neck that helps, but the doctor at the Stabby Place says it's a 'flee alergee'.

Oh no! Alergees are no fun I bet. Mom had a kitty once who had some problems like that and the vet gave her a cortizone shot that really helped. Maybe that would help you. I would help you itch it if I could. I'm good at giving baths.
