on a whole different note, have you read Fear & Loathing in Las Vegas? you'd probably enjoy it if you haven't, plus the drawings are nicely psychedelic

haha, being a journalism student I think it's mandatory that I idolise Hunter S. Thompson (I even posted a semi-obit to him way back here). That said, I prefer some of his other stuff, like Hell's Angels and The Rum Diary

well, the truth is fear & loathing is the only stuff of his that i've read. I've been wanting to read Hell's Angels for a while now though. However, that probably won't happen any time soon.
