Please oh please tell me what you think

i was surprised to see the news this morning. i don't think i realized he was 71!

Gravatar Oh man, I hadn't heard about this. How sad. He was funny, a bit perverted (a bit?) haha, but funny.

Gravatar I'm still angry that he up and died and left us. The dude was a comedic genius but mostly, as he aged, he became a philosopher who raged with humor and he slammed the bull's eye so many times - showing and prodding at the many lame and stupid things in our society - language was his Excalibur.

He was a one-of-a-kind, a now stilled voice that won’t easily be replaced.

Gravatar You may be interested in my take on George Carlin at my blog. In short, I thought he was a very funny and perceptive comic, but relied too much on foul language for my taste. That said, I'll really miss him.
