I've noticed that some of the blogs on my list were dead too, so I decided to add the new blogger functionality that allows you to create a bloglist. With this tool it allows me to see my favorite blogs daily as well as the title of their most recent post. It's kind of cool and will hopefully help me find dead links faster.

I've done the same thing, and started grouping certain blogs together by association. It saddens me when some really good bloggers decide to close up shop, too.
