Please oh please tell me what you think

Gravatar My dad always carried a hankerchief with him, too, and he was a lot older than George. Thanks for taking me back.

Gravatar i'm thinking he must have used hankies until paper kleenex came into vogue at least. after that who knows. maybe he just blew snot rockets.

Gravatar I bet he used fucking Kleenex.

So sad about George. I cussed a little extra in his honor today.

Gravatar I'm guessing hankies. Great big white irreverent hankies.

Gravatar My step-dad used a handkerchief too, but I hated them. I mean he'd pull it out of his pocket, blow his nose, and put it back in his pocket. How gross is that??

I think George was a hankie man, but I like to think that he used it once then threw it away because it's more sanitary. But since that's a waste, he should have used kleenex because they're more bio-degradable.

Gravatar Hankies are more than for honking and snot. They blot sweat, are emergency tourniquets and can be used for waving while saying, "Yoo Hoo!"

Red hankies are especially good for waving and they also make good flags for tying on the end of long stuff sticking out from a truck bed.

Bigger hankies also are good "do" rags when backpacking and can be wrapped around the neck to minimize sunburn.

Some of the outdoor use hankies are printed with first-aid info or bird and tree identification guides.

Carin was a paper tissue guy without a doubt. Hankies wouldn't work with his black clothes and a black hankie would simply be impossible to find, especially in a darken room.
