there is a village just down the cliff from my country estate near here called ringstead.... It consists mostly of yachty types who come down for weekends. There are some permanent residents though.

Well that might be an opportunity for you to have an 'Open Garden' day at your Country Estate, and maybe make a few bob on cups of tea. I can just imagine you showing all those yachty types your prized statute on the front lawn
