What a splendid picture of GB and NP together. I thought I was honoured when I saw Andrew and yourself within 24 hours earlier this year. First accompanying Andrew on his Bristol / Portishead / Sharpness transit and then seeing you near Bedford the following day. Sometime, if you can spare the bandwidth, I would appreciate a higher resolution copy of that photo.
I see that Andrew hasn’t updated his blog yet (08:40 Sunday) so I’ll look forward to seeing his entry later.
Regards, Paul

You are so right about Pompy ladies sue Unfortunatly it was the powers to be that said we were at HMS Railegh this year. Next year will be hopefully at RAF Lakenheath (USAF) now that should be one hell of a trip and can't wait. Oh well back to reality and Sunday morning jobs for me with a blue sky and lots of sun. The list is as follows: Wash the car inside and out, finish painting the porch, tidy up the gardens front and back and then chop the logs and stack for next years BBQ season. Oh and one job I wont mind doing is getting the cider making equipment out the actic and getting it cleaned up for next week. Mind you this year wont be that good as there is just not the apples around.

Paul,
We certainly enjoyed your company in the summer back at Bedford, it was a bit hectic with three dogs on board at the time, but if we have visitors then they see us 'as the moment is'..
Andrew's Granny Buttons is a lovely narrowboat, I was given a conducted 'walk through' and thought she was very homely.. well kept too for a guy!
/me hides from Andrew
James,
Gawd, you will let me know when you get on that narrowboat won't you James? I think I need to be on a different canal at that particular time!! :D
