Your canopy looks great and the smoke coming from your chimney looks very homey. When you went up to Great Haywood I thought you were going to go up to Stoke on Trent, but I guess not. Thanks for your great blogs.

The canopy looks very cozy and the smoke coming from your chimney looks very homey. When I saw your pumpkins I was wondering if you had any trick or treaters along the canal.
I thought you might have been going to Stoke on Trent when you went to Great Haywood, but I guess not.

I did actually post a comment to you when you asked whether we were going to Stoke, saying that we would be turning back.. tricks or treats? Well we had a trick! Somebody or something gave a very large double knock on the side of No Problem late on the night of the 31st.. sending Lucy out, she neither saw nor heard anything! EEK!!
Yes it is lovely when the fire is on inside.. lovely and warm when finishing boating in the evening.
The canopy is very cosy.. today it rained and was very windy, and while those we passed were wrapped up against it, we were steering NP in our shirt sleeves!
