It's great news to hear that the ducklings have been rescued. With the cold weather coming on it was a sad scene to see ducklings in the canal in November. Also, it's good to hear that your phone is working and that it is flying. Thanks for the update.

Just love that picture Sue as it brings back a lot of mem's from when I was a young lad growing up in the fens of Lincs. Its nice by the sea and living on an island don't get me wrong but there's nothing to beat the crispness of a winters morning inland in the country. Hope you got plenty of wood in Brrrrrrr.....

I'm looking for a phone for narrow boat blogging etc. I see you have just purchased an Orange phone - apart from the breakdown are you pleased with it, if so, what is the model no. and do I have to be rich to purchace it????
