Hi Sue,

I must tell you that your pictures are getting better and better. I noticed about a month ago that the pictures were really capturing more of a "feeling" for the places you were visiting. Your photography is becoming like little works of art.

A couple of weeks ago you celebrated Mothers Day in the UK, and yesterday was Mothers day in the US. We went to dinner with our daughter and two grand daughters, so had three generations of the ladies. It was a very nice mother's day celebration.

I was in the back of the store today packing dolls and realized that it has been about 8 months that we have been corresponding on your blog. I have come to really enjoy the descriptions of your travels, the visits from the grand children, the wildlife, and just hearing about the daily activities. Thank you for keeping this blog it is truly a joy, and I hope that next summer (2007) when we are traveling on the canals that we will have the opportunity to meet in person.

Thanks Mark for your kind comments. It would be really nice to meet you in 2007, I think during that summer we will be on the canal system somewhere. We have decided to to come over to East Anglia next year, might even go and have a look at the Lancaster Canal, Liverpool and perhaps Chester.

I am sure you will see more pics of NP and M2L together before the summer is over Mark.
