Glad to hear she's in good hands, but what a worry. She will need to "take it easy" I suppose, but how do you tell a dog that!! Thinking of you cos I know how I would feel if it was my Benji!
I was very sorry to hear about Lucy's accident. I hope that she will have a speedy recovery and that the rest isn't too frustrating. I know she will want to go back to the towpath as soon as she is feeling a little better. Here's hoping for a smoothe and quick recovery,

it seems things are going wrong all over - I have had a nightmare week at work, Lucy is trying to rip her own legs off, you engine is playing up somewhat.... what else? best not stand outside in a thunderstorm Sue... you never know what might happen
I hope things get better fairly quickly for the humans and the canines on 'No Problem'

Poor Lucy, and poor Lucy's mum too. I bet you felt sick when she hung from her back legs from the gate. I always swore that my two Dachshunds would never become my babies but......
