Thanks for having us with such short notice, Lovely to meet Chas and Ann and hope to see ya all some more(to pick Vic's brains on a couple of technical things too. Look after him he's a real asset).
Sun's come out but too late, we're having curry, can't get it to stay put on the BBQ grill.
There's a tree down just up river of you but its been reported.
Met "Maybe" two locks ago and they mentioned you lot. All good honest.
Stopped on GOBA above Gt Barford and its going to be a smashing evening.

Well we enjoyed your company you two, and what a lovely boat you have.. exceptional indeed it is.. 
On the way back from Bedford, do stop at 'Our Island' tis on a backwater about 1 mile or just slightly less upstream from Gt Barford bridge. You probably saw the report of that a few weeks ago.. lovely spot that is, and if you are brave enough to push Balmaha round the corner you will come to a dead end, but oh so remote..
