Thanks for your good wishes.. yes the plants are doing OK. They are winter pansies. I put them in at the end of August, and although I lost a couple what is left has grown a bit.

They are so cheerful in the winter, and seem to survive our weather here in the UK.. there is nothing better than looking out on our roof when the snow is down and seeing the little flowere poking out!
