Wot - no neckerchief?
She looks great - now you are going to move fast to near a railway station so we can visit, aren't you.

She is BEAUTIFUL. A new buddy for Lucy and another good excuse for those lovely walks you describe so wonderfully on the blog. What made you decide to get another dog?

Paul,
No neckerchief for a while, she needs to get used to wearing a collar first.. she certainly doesn't like that on her!
Mr Beeching hasn't helped in this area Paul
Debbie,
Well my daughter had a lab and then got another, and to see the two of them together just enjoying each other prompted me to think that Lucy, although she tends to think of herself as a loner, would like some doggie company.. plus for me runnig two border collies on my walks would be magnificant!
Wends,
Just a week and you can see her!
Kevin,
I seen some narrowboats with 4 or 5 dogs on.. in fact I saw a 36ft narrowboat with three german shepherds on the other day.. wonder where the owners sleep?

Hi Sue,
Our Border Collie, also Megan (Meg) is a boaty dog. So far she has done 3 canal day boat trips on the Lancaster Canal and 3 week long norfolk broads trips.

John and Anne,
I bet your Meg was not as keen on the Norfolk Broads.. Lucy prefers the canals where she knows she can run the towpaths.. on the rivers she stays on board!
Bones,
Yep Oxford next year.. bout time we met you and Maffi anyway!
Eric and Elsie,
Yep, Ben will fall in love for sure.. she is very playful too. Must have a mad dog afternoon and find a big field for them all to run in!
Maureen,
Glad you like her.. hey we are back at the place where we met.. we shall be passing that spot tomorrow I think! Nice to hear from you again
