Hi to you both and a long time no hear from I know. Glad to see your back in my home lands area of the Fen's. You know Sue you have just got to invest in a roof mounted wind generator. As I walked the harbour wall today just about everybody had one on the their boat and reporting they had more power than they needed. Routed so they trickle charged the batt's and also direct feed to your supply you would save no end on fuel and having to run the engine to keep the batt's topped up.
Take care James

Hi James
Well to rig one of those up would be no problem, but don't forget we are on the move much more than those out in the harbour. We would have to have very strong wires etc to keep it upright, and for all the generated electric it would give us, I decided it was not worth the cost.
Having said that Les of NB Valerie has one and thinks it's great..
But I may yet have one, I will have to do yet more calculations to see what is the best way to go especially in November when we will have another 57p stuck onto our litre costs..
