Hi, Your comments are always most welcome

Gravatar Hi Sue,

If you ever need something from the USA let me know maybe I can buy it locally and save you some money. I finally sent the "Travel Bug", posted it yesterday actually. They said it sould get there in 10 to 14 days. Empress Holidays has several web cams at their Nantwich facility, I'll keep them on here at work and maybe I'll see you and Vic.

Thanks Again,

Ken

Gravatar I also reported the Waterscape map problem and I've just got the following reply:

"Thank you for your email and apologies about the problem with the maps. I will speak to our development team and see what we can do about this."

I hope this means they are going to fix it.

... and I hope you don't have to pay too much import duty on the Ecofan.

Gravatar Ha Ken.. Well we went past them backwards this morning at about 9.30am our time!

Thanks for the offer, I have found that things are cheaper in the USA sometimes.. but if I get caught, then I will have to pay customs and excise on the items.. but it still normally works out cheaper. Thankyou for your offer, I may well take you up on that, you never know!

Paul,

Yes I already have calculated the import duty and it will still be cheaper.

I did write to feedback(at)waterscape.com with no luck, although they did reply to my first email telling me to type just /map at the end, they did not reply to my second email asking for technical information about x and y parameters.

However I spoke to Richard as you see and he told me to write to paul.morgan(at)waterscape.com, replacing the (at) with a @.

I had a response from him within an hour and have found him extremely helpful. David and Val from NB Zindagi (http://nbzindagi.blogspot.com) have also moaned that they have the same problem.

We are waiting for an "intrim hack" to be produced so that we can use the params again.
