Hi, Your comments are always most welcome

Gravatar Hello Sue and Vic

Not sure if you saw my request a couple of days ago so thought I would re-post.

My name is James Goldhawk and I'm a Marketing Student at the University of Liverpool. I am contacting you to see if it would be at all possible for you to aid me on a module project? Specifically I am to look at the retirement process of consumers in relationship marketing. Sounds complicated but all I would need from yourselves is 30 minutes of your time to carry out an interview (online/telephone), about your specific retirement experience, and to ask you to carry out a simple diary of your daily events (although I may even be able to use your blog – with your permission of course).

I understand that this is somewhat a random request and an inconvenience for yourselves, but if at all interested I can be contacted via my student email address, to let me know your decision: bl0u510c@student.liverpool.ac.uk

Thank you for your consideration.

James

Gravatar Hello Sue, Vic, Meg and Lucy,

Well, Meg is surely a cute little puppy girl. I hope that Lucy is enjoying the company and busy teaching Meg about all of the tricks of the towpath. From today's post it sounds like everyone is busy establishing a puppy pecking order.

Great addition to your family,

Best wishes,

Mark

Gravatar James,

Many thanks for your kind comments, and I wish you luck with your studies.

I think you will find all the information you will ever need on my blog, along with an interview I did on the local radio, there is not much more I can add about the reasons I retired and what I do each day that is not in that interview, you can listen to that by clicking on the link on the left of my blog.

I have no idea what I do all day to be honest.. I do have some idea of about where I want to be, but no idea about the order of the day.. that is what retirement is all about I guess..

Good Luck to you.

Mark,

Many thanks for your good wishes, yes the pecking order is being worked out at the moment, but Lucy seems very taken by her, and is letting her have her way quite a bit. I must admit I am surprised, Lucy is a strong minded bitch normally.. perhaps she knows that this little one is here for good, and not a visitor!

Sue
