Yes I've been in Long Buckby. Actually took the train there once to pick up a narrowboat for a cruise on the Grand Union Canal. Very fond memories.
The picture of Meg is great. I think you can see her thinking. A very smart puppy. Looks like spring is really beginning to arrive. None of the winter from last weekend.
We're off to Mount Tamalpias tomorrow to do some hiking with the grandchildren. I'm sure this will wear me out because it is supposed to be 88 degrees F. tomorrow. Very hot for Northern California.

Yes I caught the train to here when we were looking for our new narrowboat, we visited the huge marina to take a look. Hope you are not too stiff after all that hiking Mark!! Blimey hot enough over there.. it is a bit chilly still in the UK though.

Thing is if they are trained up then they get an awful lot of freedom for themselves.. both now love running beside No Problem as we cruise, jumping on and off at bridge holes when they fancy.. Enjoy your trip, will be watching the blog on your travels xx
