Mark, Yes very lucky.. we are over the moon. We were on tenderhooks all weekend hoping the surveyor would pass the boat

The layout has been decided, well we knew the layout before we saw the new boat!.. What we have been looking for is a narrowboat to fit the layout!!
Lucy didn't get to see her new home yet.. want to finalize everything before introducing her..
I am still struggling with the blog, it isn't quite working out right, I am having to edit once posted as it seems to be leaving huge gaps between the paragraphs.. oh well, like you say, it is sort of back to normal..
