Ohhhh Rain I know all about rain, we have had it all the way from Uxbridge to Paddington Basin today. So glad your both well and the girls are enjoying themselves.
Don't you just hate it when people dump their rubbish grrrrrr, lets hope it gets cleaned up.
We have seen no end of rubbish on this trip and it can only be left by other boaters, well so called boaters.
Take care both.

Sue,
nice to see that you are heading over to the east and the fens again. Having myself moved here only a month back starting to explore the area. I might head out over the weekend or the next week and go for a river walk and see if I can find you.

Well 'tis the best area to be in I think. No boats to talk about and fantastic scenery. Where is your boat moored Rob?

Ah sue, I have a virtual boat located 40 foot in the air and built of bricks . Location just beside the Eaton socon lock in St Neots on the Great Ouse.
Maybe get a little launch next year, after all it would be a busmans holiday(I work on the open ocean).
