Good luck tomorrow with the Caen Hill Flight. It is a beautiful site.

Well, Thursday is my birthday and I will be celebrating the big six oh. 60 can't believe it. Taking the day off and going to see a movie with Sharlene. Will be fun. Ten years ago I never thought I'd see 60, then I had a transplant with some new spare parts and here I am. Hurray for modern medicine.

Where are you headed? I know that part of the K&A is closed so I'm curious where you are going. Have a great day.

Back at the Caen Locks ah. It must be 2 yeras at least since I last saw you that day I visited with the kids. I agree, those locks are very impressive indeed. Pleased to hear that Mk 2 is coming along well and just needs a new lick of paint and the final refit. Off to Lanzarotte in two weeks time would you like another bottle of aged Baccardi lol. As you know you just cannot get it in the UK or at least I have yet to find the stuff over here and I do know how you like the stuff lol. Plan to drop you an email this weekend and let you catch up on my news.

We are not headed far I don't think, just taking in Bradford on Avon and Dundas Aquaduct area.. another favourite place of mine.. the Somerset Coal Canal, or a bit of it is there, and I am looking forward to walking around the area.. lots of good photo opportunities too.

James, I think it is three years. Last night we were moored at the same place as when you and Ben arrived all that time ago.. me and Vic were remembering that day this morning..

I think maybe not on the errrrrrrrr tummy acid stripping concoction.. I think I am getting a bit long in the tooth for that.. would it run NP2 though for a few months? Might save on the more expensive diesel?

Have yourselves a great holiday.. I know you are very fond of that place and you do like to chill out there.
