Have never come across moles or seen molehills before, amazed by the photo of the molehills, no wonder people get upset about them ruining their lawn etc etc.
Had never seen a mink before seeing the picture in your earlier blog, it's a pleasurable daily read, educational as well as interesting,

Hi Sue
A pound in a week, do not get to fanatical, your weight could vary by that every day.
Not advocating it but if you weighed yourself in the morning and then at night you could get a greater variation.
Also ensure you are wearing exactly the same clothing .
A vest will weigh nearly that.

Bottle, Thanks for that, and thanks Keith for your encouragement. Yes I did weigh myself at the same time in the same clothes.. pyjams actually 
Someone suggested that I might be building a bit of muscle weight because I am walking further and faster.. could be, but I am not worrying about it too much, my aim is for 2 stone loss by end July, and 1 stone is gone already almost.. it will go I am sure. I am happy enough on this diet at 1000 calories, I don't seem to be overly hungry!
