Mike,
Yes we have the ventilation for the fire, there are also ventilation strips on the front bulkhead on the other side of the doors.
Ventilation of the cooker in the new galley will be dealt with under the boat safety scheme..
Of course when we have finished the refit we will need to get another boat safety certificate because our insurance will not cover us if we do not!
