In that case may be the developers will have had their fingers burnt in the downturn and there will be no more like those - they look totally out of place in Sue's photo.

Yes more than likely, but you would think they would finish them off at least. I would be very angry if I bought one of those with that sort of potential just to end up like that..

For sure.. but it seems that it has just been left as is for a year or more, the downturn really has only happened in the last six months..

I am sure everyone has noticed this shambles of a riverside development that has passed!!

At least 15,000 fish are said to be dead now along a stretch of the Rochdale Canal in Oldham. This report only says 4000, but it's risen to 15,000 since.
If it is Chemicals, hopefully the people responsible will be properly dealt with.

Yes I saw that news item.. People don't seem to give a toss what goes in the rivers and canals, like you I hope they get a hefty fine, thats a lot of fish!
