Soon enough, I'll be jobless with three degrees. And I haven't had any booze in a remarkably painless two weeks. Make it $20 an hour and you've got yourself a nanny.

On a side note..... I waited until tonight to get off the fence. I'm actually voting Obama. My husband is in shock. I think I am too. It's more a vote for not having a mom with a special needs infant one heartbeat away from the presidency. I'm voting as a mom who just thinks that Palin is putting too much on her plate and she'll be a super shitty VP or a super shitty mom of a newborn. No one can be a success at both, they require too much commitment. I am hoping they lose and she can be with the person who needs her the most, her new baby. Not to mention the new grandbaby on the way. I find it completely selfish for her to have even accepted the offer of VP. It's just my opinion. I don't think she has the experience, nor do I think she should be cranking out babies just to abandon them for the fame and prestige of the first woman VP. If she isn't going to put that baby first, then my vote will.
