The one of the girl at the window is from the movie "The Girl With The Pearl Earrings?. I just saw this movie today and this really looks like a painting that the guy in the movie is painting. That, or it is a screen shot of on of the actors.

That painting is by Vermeer like tenn9fan alluded to. Its actual name is: Girl Reading a Letter at an Open Window. Hope that helps. I have no idea what that mountain pic/painting is though.
