The irony here is that these criminals are not criminals according to their religion. The rape of kufar women is condoned by the Koran and sunnah of Mohammed and is a part of the booty of jihad that these men believe they are due.

Does anyone in the UK understand the political implications of islam? Do they read the Koran and Hadith? Or are they subjugated dhimmis who remain ignorant of islam out of fear?
