As I was told, replenishment of cash at ATM at all banks are carried out by appointed security company(ies?). The banks do have their own system to monitor cash levels at ATM n they instructed the outsourced security companies to do the replenishment.
Tapi seperti biasa kengkadang ada masalah yg tak dpt dielakkan maka berlakulah yg mcm you ceritakan tadi.
Anyhow as customers we will not accept flaws in service.
Pasal kedai 24hrs, I suka pergi kedai budak2 Acheh kerana mereka pun mcm2 ada. Pukul 1 pagi pun boleh beli kertas A4 yg kaler2 tu.

Kalau dah gitu, the Security Compananies kena diberitahu supaya lebih customercentric -- bukan suka hati dia orang jer...Have to deliver early. The system must be checked.

Che mie,
bank memang macam tuh,
bila kita lambat bayar,
bila kita guna atm more than 5 times
bila kita guna direct debit
semua charge
but when they themselves buat lambat and silap... tersipu2 buat tak tahu..
no wonder semua orang nk jadi bankers

that is the standards of Malaysian companies when they come to Service Excellence...more lip service than rolling out the real value...
some of them even have the cheek to say that they wanted to deliver world class service when they have no clue what it is all about...sad

I pun selalu kena tunggu kat depan bank..
Kenapa bank takmo bukak as early as 8? I pun nak komplen sebab 9.30 tu dah terlalu lewat.. tak relevan, kan.. hampeh!
