Lebron vs Amare? Scoring ability? Close. Work ethic should be similar, since both guys couldn't shoot last season but they can now. Defense is also similar. Athleticism is, again, frighteningly similar. Both guys are ubermen at their respective positions athletically. Will to win? I've seen both exhibit it.
But Lebron should be surely be ahead, because he has taken on leadership responsibilities that Amare hasn't, and he is more unselfish. He also has the natural floor vision that Amare will take ten years to match through experience. At 6'8" 240 Lebron also has the potential to play a little power forward on top of the 3 positions he already plays.
