Good article, though, and you're right. One of the reasons Mourinho is, in my view, not fully appreciated is that people don't realise how intelligently he takes the pressure off his players by making so much of the focus on him.

Sadly, I suspect the BBC only ran it to goad people - it is one of the ones, after all, with a "What do you think?" feature. Unfortunately they believe that in order to provoke a sentient response from the bulk of their readership they have to treat us like neanderthals.
