I lived outside Auburn years ago when I was preg with my son. Right after he was born a friend and I was walking around up town in Auburn and we crossed the path of these Jocks one of them stopped and said want a card? ( Actually talkining to my baby)I said sure he signed a game card for me and said keep it someday it will be worth something. I put it away and when my son was about 8 I gave him the card. He was so thrilled Bo Jackson was the man on the card.
He lost the card in a house fire. That was the only one in his huge collection that he grieved over.
I thought that was really cool. Bo was one nice kid.

Patty that is just awesome....I remember going to the games when Bo was playing. It is truly ashame that you guys lost your treasured belongings in a house fire. That is terrible.

We are HUGE Auburn FANS...Growing up in Alabama, you are big into college football...it is divided between Alabama and Auburn Fans. (smiling) You are one or the other!! No in betweens....huge rivals...as you probably remember living there.

Actually LSU is my only other fav in the SEC...but not when they play Auburn. I have family and friends that live in BR and the N.O. area.
I saw where LSU won big yesterday too but against Louisiana-Lafayette..LOL
