Such good words to ponder and hold in front of my mind's eye when I sit to type, speak to others or simply find my mind wandering through my thoughts.

Not all I think needs to be said, not all I ponder needs to be read.

There are days that I have nothing worthwhile to share, yet I think it, say it and live it when I should stop and simply pray about it. I'm sure much of my life would change if I stood still and waited upon the Lord for greater thoughts and wonderment.

Thanks for posting this article. It gives me so much to think about in all my areas of life. This quote especially stood out to me, from his worship blog entry:


"Come to think of it, one of my motives for almost everything I do seems to be gaining glory for myself."

Hi Danika. First of all, it's a bummer that you didn't have any snow. There's just something so cozy and comforting about being socked in by a snowstorm. Here in Allentown, we haven't had any snow yet this year.

We do plan to find out whether we're having a boy or a girl, but that won't happen until sometime in February. Some people like to be surprised, and wait until the baby's born to find out, but for us, having a new baby is going to be enough of a surprise--I don't even know how to properly change a diaper...
